Tips and tricks for a healthy pre-sleep skin care routine

After a hectic day, sleep is the time when your skin can rejuvenate and relax. We’re sure you must be following multiple day-time skin routines like applying sunscreen but most people skip their night skin care routine which is equally essential. Here are a few easy to follow pre-sleep skin care tips.

Cleanse your face thoroughly

This is the first and most important part of the routine which cannot be ignored. Wash your face with a cleansing lotion suitable for your skin type before sleeping or applying any other night cream. Post washing your face wait for 5-10 mins to let your skin breathe before applying any night cream.

Hydrating your skin

The main complaint for night skin issues are that the skin gets dry overnight due to less moisture/hydration. Apply a sleep hydrating mask to prevent this.
